Silent Dreams reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any order affected by an incorrect price. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.

Silent Dreams is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered, customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to begin an investigation. We will assist where reasonably possible but cannot guarantee the outcome of carrier investigations.

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government charges applicable within their country.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us via email.

After this period, production, packing, or shipping may have already commenced and cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a refund within 10 days of receiving their order, provided the item:

  • Is unworn

  • Is unused

  • Is unwashed

  • Has all original tags attached

  • Is returned in its original packaging

Sale items are eligible for return provided they satisfy the above conditions.

Exchanges are accepted subject to product availability.

Silent Dreams does not offer store credit.

Nothing within these Terms limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
